I needed a quick u it and the lady -I’m sorry I cannot remember her name- was more than helpful! I had a lot going on and she made the transaction smooth! I needed a 10x35 and cost me about $230. Money I did not Budget for but was grateful for the location. Just missed their sale which is 50% off. It was 24.7 easy access. I did purchase a heavy lock. I had zero complications and the other renters I ran into were friendly. Only recommendation which was NOT on them is someone in a townhouse lets their small dog wonder around. I almost hit the poor guy! So watch for the little white dog!

Clean, automated, online access! Storage was dry and new, only needed these folks for two months during a transitional period but definitely would have stayed longer!

Storage units are very secure and I felt safe accessing my unit even after dark. Lots of lights and security cameras. I was always pleased with customer service and prompt responses. My only issue was there seemed to be a lot of mice that got into my stuff which was there for 2.5 years. I was not expecting to leave my stuff so long so may have been my fault for having boxes with handle holes on the sides. I recommend using totes in storage units. Not sure if anything else could have been done by owners to prevent mice in units or not. Overall good experience
