Price was a little high but location and proximity to my current and future residence was a plus. There was a period of almost a week when the entry gate was broken and I wasn't able to access my unit. Never actually talked to the local manager. Was only ever able to reach the main customer service line.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to my inqiries re: renting a storage unit. I was very satisfied with tje process and that the virtual manager Bethany answered all of my questions prior to finalizing the lease agreement. All representatives that I spoke with were friendly/courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with personable people.

I rented the unit online and was given all of the codes after payment was sent through. We packed up a load and ran over to put it in and the four digit code for the unit lock did not work. I had to call customer service and she was very helpful in finding the correct combination for our lock.
