The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.

The registration process is extremely difficult to complete on line but Mario was very helpful, patient, and considerate. Mario has to be one of a kind when it comes to customer service.
