I have had my belongings stored here for a year and 1/2 and have never had any issues. Great customer Service, very nice and helpful. Never had any issues getting into my unit whenever needed. The units are great size, clean, and have no cracks or leaks. Would definitely recommend!

Charged a late fee, despite multiple calls to the company letting them know the log in section on their website wasn’t working. I’ve been trying for a couple weeks to connect with someone at this company by phone or email, but haven’t received a call back. Frustrating experience and unfair to charge despite attempts to pay the bill.

At first, when I started out was still safe storage there was a lot of adjusting. The management was there, though every step of the way to help me navigate through the ups and downs. Everyone I spoke to was willing to listen then help with a solution. This was going to be a temporary stay turned out to be about a year and I’m happy I went with Steelsafe storage.

SteelSafe Storage is quite the safe place... Gr8 low prices with lots of space... Andrea I must say she's a real gem... Best customer service out of all of them... SteelSafe saved me a bunch of doe... That is something everyone should know... Access 2 storage day & night... Rodent free & nearly air tight... Customer service that I highly commend... SeelSafe Storage I do indeed recommend.
