We have had a small storage unit here for several years that we had outgrown and needed to get a larger one. I was very surprised with how easy it was to do this. Jeremy from forward storage helped us with coordinating this transfer and it was seamless. He was super nice and helpful and the process took only minutes. Its clear this company is organized and to be able to make this transfer without a rep on-site and have no issues with doing so was great! Been a customer for a year now. It’s a super safe facility! They just added a fence and an automatic gate. Rates are super affordable and location is great. Plan on staying here for a while longer 👍
