The facilities are clean and easy accessible. Jackie, the manager, was friendly and helpful. When I needed one additional day to move my items out of the unit, she granted an additional day without charging me for the next month. She was easy to contact and easy to work with. Securing our storage unit was simple and fast.. a phone call, determining size of unit needed, a signed contract, renter's insurance and copy of driver's license. unit was clean. door and sliding latch for our lock was in great condition... Property access gate works on keypad entry. Jackie, the onsite property manager and billing admin, was friendly and helpful, suggesting a mattress cover to protect against dust and humidity that can't be completely prevented.
