I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Patricia and David today, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Moving and dealing with storage can be stressful, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, easy, and even comforting. Patricia was so warm and attentive she took her time explaining everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. I never felt rushed or like “just another customer.” She truly cares about people, and it shows in the way she speaks and carries herself. David was just as amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in helping customers feel secure and confident in their decisions. Together, they made such a great team. Their positive energy, professionalism, and kindness completely stood out. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and heartfelt. If you’re considering using this storage facility, I highly recommend it, especially if you get the chance to work with Patricia and David.
