Great employees. Decent facility. Definitely secure. Inside gates seem to have problems with staying in one piece. As long as the outside gate works I guess. Employees are still the best.

I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. Most recently, I received a notification that my payment was late. I've been on autopay with them ever since Storage Sense took over the location. The debit/VISA card they have on file is my current card that is working fine with no issues, so the issue appears to be on their end, not mine. They still charged me late fees. I asked if they would removed them and I was told "they could not and they had to charge the late fees," stating it's my fault for not tracking my bank statement closely enough. No, you didn't "have to" charge them. You could easily remove them. You're CHOOSING to charge me late fees for YOUR issue. Also, the gates have been wide open for a month. I asked if I would be prorated any money back for the area not being secure for over a month. I was told "the gates are a courtesy amenity" and not part of your lease. I'm done with this place. I've also had issues in the past with the gates not opening when I needed access to my work trailer. About a year ago, I had also been locked out with no notification (even though my account was never delinquent). I called and they said they locked me out because they needed proof of insurance for my trailers. My trailers are insured...maybe they could have been proactive and called me to ask first before just locking me out without notification. And their rates keep going up on a regular basis. I think that about covers it.

Terrible location for storage. Keypads took several weeks to fix and gates were locked open. Management never sent out any communication about the problem or when repairs were estimated to be completed.

Entrance gate will not open and people do not have access to get their RVs for Fourth of July weekend. Call center is no help and says it should be repaired in 24 to 48 hours. Terrible customer service! Since Storage Sense purchased this facility service has continued to go downhill, but monthly rental fees continue to go up! They say the gate issue was due to a power outage, but every business within a few feet of them had power. Now the gates are wide open and won't close...Guess there is another "isolated" power outage!

I had difficulty getting a reservation set up online, but the manager (Kash) was extremely helpful with getting it set up over the phone. He was very pleasant and easily got me set up for bringing my RV down from Maine. Looking forward to storing the RV under cover for a few months. Thanks Kash!!
