As long as you get an attentive person, the experience here is good. Make sure when you set up your rental, you are given the unit number and access code over the phone, along with confirming all charges are correct. If you have your own renters insurance, you do not need their liability insurance-- and they will waive it if you provide proof. Be sure to do this before you commit to paying, as they will automatically charge this at the time of rental. (and getting them to respond to refund it back was not smooth- 2 emails, 2 voicemails, and finally help from corporate office before I got the unit number, access code and any sort of apology on the lack of response to my emails.)

Reserving and paying for the unit is easy, but their customer service is terrible. They never answer the phone or return messages. I've called multiple times about my unit getting flooded because of how the ground is pitched, never received one call back. The power went out during a storm and instead of helping anyone get in or out of the property, the employee just left us all there. We had to figure out how to put the gate motor into manual mode so people could leave. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. They dont care at all.

Great experience. Reserved a 5x5 unit online and had a couple questions regarding move in (I live 45+ min away, so wanted to avoid multiple trips). They were incredibly responsive to both email and phone. Far better customer experience than I’ve ever had using any storage unit. Very well run operation. On arrival, they were efficient and professional. Switched me over to a 10x10 unit (which turns out I needed) seamlessly without any issue. Place was clean and safe. Key code entry worked without any issues. Closing out the unit couldnt have been easier. 10/10 would use again.

Was coming to the Philadelphia area to visit my daughter after racing at Watkins Glen, NY. Was looking for a short term (5-7 days) storage location for my 20' enclosed cargo trailer. After an Internet search, I found the StorageSense facility in King of Prussia, PA that could accommodate my trailer. I spoke with several people from StorageSense while discussing my storage needs and situation, and I must say that everyone that I spoke with, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. This was especially true when I first arrived on-site and dealt with the Property Manager, Lauri. Lauri was very friendly and professional, and I can't thank her enough for making my stay and business transaction with the King of Prussia StorageSense so easy and worry free. Additionally, because I was renting for such a short time, Lauri waived the one-time $39.00 account set-up administration fee. Overall, I was extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of my brief stay with the King of Prussia facility.
