They are THEE absolute BEST storage company!!!! The site is always cleaned and inspected properly which you see on tags when you walk by. And secured beyond measure. I always feel safe going there o matter what time alone even as a woman! I love that the bathrooms are locked and secure as well. And the ease of the technology of using your phone I have NEVER had a glitch or issue with entrance to the facility either. I LOVE this team!!!! If I could leave them 100 stars I would!!! Go Vault Storage especially Berwyn if you need a storage facility for your items!!!

I have to say I’d caution people to store at this facility. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. However the main issue relates to their inaccurate advertising regarding the hours it is open and how you can access. For example, it posts that the facility is open until 10pm. However, there will be times when the app glitches and you will be at the gate well within opening hours and the app will not work. You call customer care and they will inform you that there is a “technical glitch” they are aware of and that others have called about it as well. What’s extremely strange is that nobody in the facility or the company sends alerts when issues occur with the app that prevent access to your units within the posted hours. I drove 6 hours to access my unit and items within it only to find out I am unable to do so and customer care cannot do anything about it not even send an email alert so you don’t waste your time driving to a place and unit you literally have no way of accessing. I agree with everything other people posted about its cleanliness but I cannot be positive about a place that has me driving 6 hours to it, pay tolls, get there well within the hours it posts it should be open and you realize you wasted a trip and money for literally nada. ☹️

Fantastic experience! Sam was so very helpful when we needed a storage unit on the fly. He explained how the Storage system works, had us walk to the storage unit for our opinion, offered us moving carts, even gave us bottles of water! I cannot say enough about this facility. It was so clean and so much space in the parking area just an overall excellent experience! Sam, my husband and I thank you so very much for all the assistance and appreciate your professionalism.
