Easy peasy process. Their phone service is up 24/7 it seems. Called at 9pm and got my reservation and confirmation of a spot. Got to the facility the next day, spoke with Chris, super friendly guy, got my lock, unit and was in and out in less than 10min. Highly recommend. Good rates and decent neighborhood that makes me feel safe.

Did a clean-out for a client and the facility was clean and spacious. Ample carts for moving everything, and Chris was a huge asset in getting the ball rolling. He explained everything efficiently and answered every question I had (including where to have lunch! Great call Chris!) Great staff, great facilities. What more could you ask for?
