The lady at the desk was SO friendly and so helpful ! I was at the wrong unit number, and didn’t realize it until the end. She helped me through the process of signing to cut the lock, ( which I thought I had to do, thinking someone put new locks on my unit). She helped me with more paperwork, only at the end for me to see the map and her help me realize I was at the wrong unit ! ( was my first time there as I wasn’t the one who unloaded our stuff ). She was so understanding and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. She even waited in the office after hours to make sure I made it to the correct unit . She guided me on the phone with how to slide the latches open, because it hadn’t been open in so long it was tricky at first. She was really sweet ! My only reason for 4 stars ( wish I could make it 4.5) is not for the staff or management,l ( they receive 5 stars) but is for the facility structure itself- because I think they should put a couple lights back there. There are units further down the road ( the bigger ones) and it got dark while I was back there loading. there was no light except my headlight and car light. Even a couple cheap solar lights from Temu could solve that problem :) . Luckily it’s a pretty safe area and my phone was charged well. If you’re a woman traveling alone, and plan to be there loading for more than 5-10 min ( like I was)- I would suggest going in the daylight hours. She had told me something about them fixing some things up in that back part- so maybe they have a plan to implement some lighting and other safeguards. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience and will continue renting here !
