I had my storage unit for almost 8years and then it was bought out by Budget just as we were making a cross country move. As things changed such as codes and the building got painted, Budget was nothing but top notch in communication. Even I the midst of my move I never had a question when it came to the unit. Fast forward to finally getting the unit emptied and ending our contract, Alicia was nothing short of Amazing!! Knowing I was out of state, she helped me to find a company to clean out my unit and walked me through the process of ending our contract. She helped to make it as simple as possible. They are trustworthy, helpful and such a blessing.

I manage 4 self storage facilities in Berks county so R&M is a competitor. But if I do not have the right size for a customer I always recommend R&M. Ron treats his customers the same way I do. He runs his property the right way. It's clean, secure and he provides great customer service. Highly recommend!

The Storage facility is kept clean and repaired when necessary. The gate was upgraded before the old one broke. The main aisle is big enough to make a u-turn with a mini van. Prices a reasonable, too, less than the local chains.
