Bad place to put anything you value,these people are crooks! They tell you a price in the beginning then charge you for separate accounts when you only have one then keep charging you double and it goes up every time you call,a bad place seriously!!😡They will say you owe them then cut your lock off and wont tell you the combination until you pay twice

We were moving on our last day in our house when we found out that our moving company was not going to be able to move us. I am so thankful that I found I-78 self storage! They had a huge 10x40 with immediate availability unit to fit our move in one unit. They are also open 24/7 which was extremely helpful for me. I have dealt with Melita from the beginning process until I vacated the unit. She has made every step of the process very easy and pain free. She even gave us a very easy gate code to remember. I looked for an hour during the moving for my locks, when I got there I forgot they have already provided them! I cannot give them enough praise they really helped me in a very difficult situation. Nice and clean. Friendly service......woah was I wrong. I missed 2 payments and my unit was sold. They harassed me daily until the time of Auction, then I heard nothing. No reminder. Everything we owned. Every sentimental thing gone. All legal documents gone. All baby pictures gone. And refused to give my number to the seller to get the legal documents back.

The storage site was very accommodating and was able to get my family a unit on short notice. We rented a 10x30 unit which was sufficient for our move. The unit was clean and secure. They even provided a lock which was extremely convenient! Highly recommend!

I did everything online. Within minutes I got a unit. There was a phone glitch on my end to get the gate code. But I got an excellent and fast response from Carolina. She was very nice and patient. Opened up the unit and inside was a brand new padlock so I didn’t need to get one. Highly recommend for quick and easy local storage.
