Wendy the office mgr is super nice. Like most storage places expect a rent increase of at least $15 every 5 or 6 months. First month free. I was a good location for me, I was there about 2 yrs.

Prices are at all time highs for the paying customers... There are people living in the storage containers, I have seen it myself and it is a well known thing amongst townfolk. I have had to replace multiple tires and I am always finding more and more nails and screws here. I want to know if they have fire insurance on our units because God forbid a person is smoking and the place goes up in flames I want 100% of what my stuff cost. There is no public restroom. They also told me they are not responsible for the damaged tires, I try to do a nice thing and pick up all the screws and nails I see but this time seeing 4 in less than 10 feet is unacceptable. What will it take for things to change here? The ones who are actually paying for their units are being overcharged for the people who are getting free units via programs... All the while damage to your car is occurring every time you drive it in, I have had 8 tires plugged or replaced this year alone. I have receipts as proof... And the icing on the cake is that this place closes at 7 and you can't do a thing to access your unit.
