I have a pretty long history working with the wonderful people at load and Lock self storage. At times I have tested their patience to say the least, and still they remain professional. The manager at the walnutport location (Ron) has a very high standard for customer service, which he passes to his associates. This is the first storage facility that I have worked with that understands how much a person's belongings can mean to them and they make every effort to make sure they don't lose them. I will always come back here for my storage needs, and I can't thank them enough!
