The staff at this storage facility are incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Communication has been excellent from the start—they’re quick to respond, clear with information, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It really makes the whole storage experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that values great customer service.

I was satisfied with the stay overall. I thought the unit was a great space that was great host to my classroom items as I transitioned schools. I would’ve stayed longer but there was an unexpected increase in the unit price with no changes to the amenities. I suspect the change comes at wanting to charge someone else a higher rate forces the current user to move out but noonetheless, it was a good push for me to execute the unit and get rid of the things. The new comer was nice, Maniche. But most of the staff isn’t as welcoming when you enter into the building.
