Lori was incredibly respectful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her job. She made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. Hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever dealt with—Storage Sense is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this location and especially Lori for her outstanding customer service.

I had a great experience with this storage place. It is secure and easy to access. I never had any issues. It’s always clean, and they plow the snow to make access easy. The store manager, Lauri, is amazing always helpful and great with communication.

The store manager Laurie was very helpful and nice. She explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood the billing and notice of vacancy terms. The storage unit was clean and access to the unit was easy.
