Had some difficulty with assess code at first. Costumer service though answered my call immediately and helped me reset the code. Very clean storage units that are very accessible. 10/10 recommend for storage needs.

Not happy how they treat a loyal customer. In May 2023 I rented out a 10x10 climate control unit for $117.00. Now I'm paying $163.00 and in June 2025 my rent will be $181.00. Unreal, while someone else who just move in with the exact same size unit is paying $99.00 for the first 3 months. So let me get this straight they reel in new customers for a steal price and bone the long term customers. Not only that they accuse me of not paying on time 3 times. Because they haven't check their payment mail box when I drop off my check before my due date. But I do like how clean it is.

Very easy to access. Carts are provided for you for easier moving for inside units. Cool inside for tempature controlled units . Would highly recommend. And I got my first 3 months half off online .

If I could give -0 I would. Storage wa suppose to be climate control over a year there was no air in a closed in building. Rat and mouse droppings and piss all over stuff. Mildew. Security gate was not working half the time.when people reported issues nothing got done the only way you would know if you go there enough had to spend money to get my stuff out to another storage what I left what what was ruined they wanted me to dispose kept my money insurance useless others complained and got yelled at by worker do not use there storage

I've used many storage facilities in the past and this one is the cleanest and quietest unit I've ever used. The ONLY con is that there is no dedicated parking spaces for the indoor units. Thankfully I've never run into a problem.
