I wanted a smaller unit in the same building. I reached out in late summer and was called in early December for a smaller unit right across from the one I have. Everyone was so helpful holding it and getting it sorted out when I returned from Florida. It was set up to carryover my payment from the larger to the smaller and also to get me the new renter month off. Great service for sure. Oh and it was all plowed out the day after a significant snow.

TNC has been a godsend for me. I am paying significantly less for a larger cold storage unit than I had been at national vendor location! And the units are clean, newer, and well protected. Just as important, the manager is easy to contact, listens to my needs, and finds mutually fair and satisfactory ways to meet them. Excellent, was able to reserve online. When I got to the facility the store manager was extremely helpful and informative during our interaction. The facility itself is very clean. I really appreciate the 24 hour access. The tike restrictions if other places was always a struggle or challenge for us.

I've had a storage unit at TNC for a little over a year. Well, I finally find an apartment, and I am ready to move my stuff. The movers get to my storage unit, but the door wont open! A worker for the storage company went down and said one of the springs is broke, and it usually takes a day or so to get fixed. I had to reschedule the move and lost the deposit for it. 2 days later, the movers go back, and again, its still broken. I need my stuff from the unit, it has all my furniture. At this point, they should have offered to just take the door off, since i plan on closing the account after this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STORING ANTYTHING HERE, unless you're okay with the possibility of not being able to access when you need to. Find somewhere better.
