The unit was clean, large 10x15, easy to rent and the location is secure. I was not worried about my belongings due to the great security of the location. My account was prorated upon move in for only the days I was using the unit, but I have not yet been refunded for the days I'm not using after moving out. That's why I cant yet give 5 stars.

Jessica a representative for storage sense @ selinsgrove location was extremely helpful she went above the normal representative responsibility to get us a deal for our unit and so we didn't have to travel to make it happen to rent a unit I'm extremely grateful

Friendly customer service staff. Answered any questions I had. Very helpful, especially when we arrived very late and needed the code to get back out. The units were very clean and I was surprised that they provided a lock and key. I highly recommend.

For starters this is the worst storage company I have ever used. They charge way too much to begin with then raised their prices twice in the 1 year I used them. I informed them I am taking my things out and leaving they charged me a whole month for the 8 days I used it that month and then try to charge me $250 for leaving 2 broken items one of which was damaged while sitting in storage. They also come with harassing phone calls, emails and more stink bugs than I've ever seen in one place.
