I have had an absolutely unbelievable experience at this CubeSmart - and NOT in a good way. I moved in September and needed a place to store my stuff. I had previously used Extra Space Storage and had a good experience there, but saw that CubeSmart was priced a bit more competitively. I went to check out the building, and thought it was clean and secure. I signed on with them at roughtly $151/month. Fast forward to November. After just 2 months of renting, I received my next bill which stated a massive price increase! They wanted me to pay almost $212 a month. Keep in mind, the building is nowhere near capacity - in my row, both adjacent units as well as units across from mine have been empty the entire time I have been using this place. I called the office and said essentially "what gives?" The rep I talked with agreed that such a sudden and large change was egregious, and said that they would try to figure out a lower rate. Long story short, I never heard back. I called again, and again, no follow up. Spoken to probably every rep that works in the store. Eventually I went into the office, and the person there said "oh yeah we were able to lower the rate." But the rate was never actually adjusted! Just lip service. I am not sure if it is the staff at this location, or the culture set by higher ups at CubeSmart, but it truly seems like no one can be bothered to take the time of day to give me a phone call or email to resolve the only issue I've had here. You would think CubeSmart would want to make it easy for people to give them money! Long story short - the building is still nice. It's very clean and the location is very easy to get to. But the communication is terrible, and from other reviews I am seeing now, the price gouging is unfortunately a common issue. What a shame - it's cheaper to stay in a constant cycle of renting new units and moving your stuff from door to door. Unbelivable.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart! Ed, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and made the whole process seamless. He’s professional, friendly, and clearly cares about his customers. Highly recommend this location! Five stars for Ed!!!!

I rented a unit here for a little over a year and had no issues. Accessing my unit was easy and the staff is great. I had a good experience with Ivan, who was friendly and made the process pretty seamless.

My experience was great! I forgot the gentleman's name on Snyder rd, but he made the process simple and was very helpful. Unit is nice and clean and reasonable priced.

BEWARE! Nice enough people but you should know they raise the rates 4mos in and claim there's no one you can talk to about it and nothing they can do. So don't think you're locked in for a year. You are not. There are 3 other storage places within 10mins that dont bait and switch.
