Staff members were top-notch; Jon, Libby and Carmen; informative, patient and helpful. The West Chester facility is kept spotlessly clean. The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!

Pretty good. Had a hiccup upon move in where the unit was not prepared/cleaned, but was able to talk to the manager at 9pm and he rectified the situation the next day. Was a bit confused thinking the unit was air conditioned from their website but it was not. Didn't end up being a big deal as I only needed it for a couple weeks in the fall. Did have some evidence of a rodent of some sort eating through a mop and getting into a box, but I guess I should have better packaged things and been rodent proof given it was an outdoor access unit. Gate entry was very smooth and convenient. Libby was very friendly and responsive and helpful. Price was good though was unfortunate if you use it for one day into a month you have to pay for the whole month. Maybe that is standard idk, but would be nice to just pay for the number of days needed or at least not to have to follow calendar months.

I've been renting with Perfect Self Storage for about 9 years now and I've seen plenty of managers come and go. Rich is one of the best managers I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is always friendly, he waves when you come through the gate, he comes out to help if the boxes are big and heavy, he calls me when I have an order shipped to the office, and he keeps the facility very clean. I would highly recommend renting here!

My husband and I will be starting our new home search soon, and wanted to start packing items up, as well as store new furniture items we recently invested in. Rich Burns was fantastic and so very helpful! He made provisions for us to get the unit quickly (just before July 4th weekend!), and made sure we were choosing the right size option for our needs. He was thorough in explanation of how to access, payment options, and policies. I would recommend Perfect Self Storage in West Chester to anyone and everyone in need!

I'm an out of state customer who rented a unit for a season for use by my local contractors in Chester County, and I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service and guidance provided by Perfect Self Storage. As an out of state tenant, I was struggling to find anyone that could assist me in the early stages of securing a unit, as all of the other places nearby were either (a) mandating that I show up to the office in person or (b) wouldn't call me back to discuss options. Rich was extremely helpful and willing to work with our company to make a plan, which made Perfect Self Storage an easy choice for us. Throughout the entire season (summer/fall 2019), the communication was excellent and our time as a customer couldn't have been better. We are closed out now for 2019, but will be returning again when we need another space in 2020!
