The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable with my unit and the terms. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. I truly appreciate how attentive and welcoming the team was. Great customer service makes all the difference, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the area

I just returned a rental truck coming from Ct and I was greeted by Michél and Jocelyn. They were great in every aspect. Very professional, polite and curtious. Jocelyn was very helpful when quoting prices and sizes of units. Very nice to work with. The facility is very clean. We also met Michelle today. She was so helpful when we had to switch the size of our storage unit last minute. We would highly recommend this storage facility.

Michél was a pleasure to work with. I had a last minute location change for my uhual and she was very professional but warm and attentive. Joseline also assisted and was a pleasure with working out the logistics with the uhual. They even provided me a bag for some additional items I bought even though the storage unit doesn’t offer them. Wonderful customer service!
