Although I had a small hiccup initially because there already was a lock on my new unit the costumer service team were great in resolving the issue. So overall I’m happy with the unit and its location. I would recommend the facility to others.

I like the ability to come and go as needed when needed. The layout of the place leaves plenty of room in between rows and is easily accessible. Great customer service support as well. No complaints. Would recommend.

This place is like a junk yard. They do not at all care about the property, your belongings or safety. Wish the borough would do something to have them clean it up, put up some lights, fix the broken gates, etc. And stop with all the fake 5 star reviews already .. it is blatantly obvious that most of these 5 star reviews aren't coming from someone who would have rented a unit in Mount Wolf, pa.

SteelSafe Storage has been great. They have great customer service, secure storage for my belongings, and easy to work with. The cargo containers are large and seal up tightly keeping my belongs free of water damage and safe. No mice or any other bug or animal is able to get in and destroy my belongings. Keep them in mind when looking for a storage facility.
