Communication with Ben was excellent and he was very helpful/ informative! Accessing the storage unit is simple and not tedious at all and the online application/ leasing process was simple and effective. So far , no issues with the unit/ area and hope it stays that way! Edit- just moved out 4/2024 and stay and move-out was seem less. Environment was clean, never had any issues and team was very responsive, if and whenever needed. Only downside was needing to be in the building by 10pm or couldn't access until next am but that was never too problematic. Definitely recommend :)

I think Ben is absolutely amazing. He has always helped when I needed something and was very attentive. He helped dealing with my mom’s things after her death so easy. It was one less thing I had to worry about. His professionalism is amazing.

I was very excited that the manager called me, and let me know exactly where my storage was located in the facility. He was head on with the location which saved me a lot of time. The facility itself was very convenient for me and I was able to purchase the unit online and putting my items in the next morning!
