Brad was super helpful and gave me a tour of the facilities. He made great recommendations and was genuinely and authentically kind. Both Brad and Bill were very knowledgeable about the safest and best storage practices and I really appreciated it. Brad was quick, patient, and efficient helping me with my mobile application. The level of service was greatly appreciated and I am so glad that I chose Extra Space Storage Maybank Highway on James Island.

Management at the Maybank location has always been helpful and super responsive. Easy to get to and clean area in and around the storage unit. Moved to a different storage company as needed a smaller unit that wasn’t available. What prompted the downsize and move was because of the 30%+/- increase in monthly rent after ~ 3 or 4 months. Seemed a bit excessive. Would be better if provide customers a bit of price certainty.

Keith is absolutely amazing. He was very helpful in assisting me in what unit would work best for my needs. He really showed me he cared about me as a customer but also that my needs of securing a unit was of urgency. I look forward to seeing him when I come to get into my unit. Very accommodating helping me with saving money, and downsizing. I needed to down size, but was reluctant at first because of trying to move everything on short notice. The manager took care of me like I never would have expected. Saved me lots of money, and giving me the time to move everything out of my old unit into the new. Keith has a very friendly manner, listens to the customer, and gave me options as if I were a family member. Personable and professional.

He handled everything promptly, professionally, and with genuine courtesy. Exceptional customer service like this is rare—Bill truly sets the standard.
