She is extremely professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I really appreciated that she took the time show me multiple unit options and helped me choose the one that best fit my needs for my move. Very helpful attitude and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location based on the excellent customer service I received

Skylar was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the perfect size unit, answered every single question I had, and made sure I left with zero concerns. She went above and beyond to let me know that I could always come to her if I ever have an issue or need help in the future. I'll be honest-my idea of storage wasn't great going into this. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past, but the customer service I received today completely changed that. Skylar truly changed my perspective on storage altogether. Moving states can be extremely stressful, but she made the entire process feel like a breeze. I'm beyond grateful for her patience, kindness, and professionalism.
