Rent increased by more than 80% after 3 months. Said a notice had been mailed, but we never received it. After talking to customer service, they agreed on a lower, but still higher than original rent, and would not refund any of the original higher rent. Planning on moving out ASAP. Do not trust their initial quoted price for rent.
