Easy to deal with. I had a unit for around three years. The unit was clean. Nichole was helpful and well mannered every time I spoke with her. I had a question once about my bill and they explained it to me without being rude. I was charged for a late fee once that I didn't owe (it was a system glitch). I called them and they returned my money with no problems. I'd say that was good for three years and I'd go here again

They have been accommodating and flexible. They had someone become available for me on a day thier office s usually close just to address some personal matters with the unit I'm renting. Nichole was very helpful!

Customer service is top notch! It's a bit smaller and could be difficult for some to maneuver a trailer and truck, but if you need assistance they're willing to help. Recommend!

YIKES. For the love of God avoid this self storage! ⏺️Expensive ⏺️No employees work here, but they keep the actual “office” blasting ac while the “climate controlled” units ARE NOT WORKING! HOT as blazes! ⏺️Woooh very dirty ⏺️It’s obvious it’s been broken into several times! I’ve had my possessions in storage with Storage Sense in North Augusta well over 5 years and in those 5 years had ZERO ISSUES. Move possessions here and nothing but problems left and right! Price is way more expensive in GASTON😂 compared to the nice inside climate controlled storage unit I had in NORTH AUGUSTA! Please just make the extra drive and use a reputable storage facility! (:

It's easy to access, clean, and 24 hours. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always quick to get back to me if I have any questions or need to make my payment. Check them out before you rent a storage unit any where else!
