Conflict between Web Info & In-Person

Terrific facility, clean, ease of entry from street. Gate is sensitive must proceed, back up a little and it closes. Ease of exit. Appears well maintained facility. Nice folks at the desk. Could have disclosed insurance information up front. The Website is not clear about the insurance and the monthly cost. Free month is limited to specific units that is not made clear. I saw the web after I booked in person. I might have felt differently had I booked online.

Great Place to store your stuff! i have been a customer for years and always got great customer service. Recently i needed to downsize my unit. Chrishonda the property manager and Tahitsha the assistant manager both have been outstanding. They helped me through my unit change quickly. Thay are always happy to help with anything you need. Friendly and very professional in every way. Highly recommend this place! Clean, secure and most important, the great people that manage it!

Great experience based on our needs. We only needed a unit for a few months and had no issues with setting up the unit, using the app, making payments or cancelling when we were done. The unit was clean, dry, and the area seemed very safe. Staff was friendly when we interacted with them and the app was easy to navigate. The prices were very competitive for the service we received.

Great experience from move in day to move out day. Wide access lanes and flat, makes life easy when pulling a trailer. Onsite GM, Chrishonda, is top notch. No surprises, no issues and no complaints. Will use them again if the need arises.

I have been contemplating getting a storage unit for quite a while. I started the rental process with Prime Storage online but then held off because I was not sure what size I needed and was a bit apprehensive about continuing. Not long after I had abandoned my online rental, Chrishonda, from the local Prime Storage, called on me. She was so sweet and polite, I had to make sure to visit her. We talked while heading to the unit I needed to see and it was exactly to my needs. Because of Chrishonda’s professionalism and friendly personality, I knew I was making the right decision.
