Sibbie was professional, friendly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I got the right unit size for my needs. Move-in was smooth, access is convenient, and the property is very well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and affordable storage in the Mauldin area!

I was nervous about finding the right size unit for my things and Sonya was the perfect God-send. She sat bright and attentive behind the front desk, and was willing to tour me around a few different units to help me find the best fit for me. We easily signed through all the paperless-work and she showed me how to interact with the facility. 10/10 customer service.

Great location and staff. Always accessable and knowledgeable. Plenty of unit sizes for all my needs. Close to highway right on Woodruff Rd. Several entry doors so easy access even if lots of people are on site.

I went today to put things in my unit, and i knew that they had put a combo lock on my unit back in September. I spoke with the guy named Brandon. He told me that since I was behind that he can’t let me in my unit. Mind you today’s the 3rd and I’m still in my 5 day grace period. I told him the unit will be paid this evening when my check is deposited. So I stated to leave and he said I’m sorry you’re in the grace period and you can still get in. He went upstairs to the unit with my husband and I to get the combo lock off. There was no lock. He said you recently moved into this unit back in August. I stated to him I’ve been in this unit for over a year and that Dena helped me transfer units. The lock that was on my unit was not the original lock that we put on and called me a liar.I told him I’d like that lock cut off. He told me he couldn’t do it and it takes up to 2 weeks or I could hire a locksmith.I told him I don’t have 2 weeks and I’m not paying for a locksmith. He had zero empathy and his customer service was very poor. I’ve always had amazing customer service from Dena every time she filled in. I will be waiting on the DM to call me.
