Angie was awesome! She helped me get my storage unit set up and made the whole process way easier than I expected. She’s super quirky and funny, kept things relaxed, and still explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She was really patient with all my questions and made sure I got a really good deal too. Honestly one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and not just rushing you through. Definitely appreciate her and would recommend working with her if you can!

Angie is spunky and so much fun! Every visit with her was pleasant and playful. She’s happy to help any way she can and understands real life situations. We stored our things at this location over a year and a half, were late on payment a couple times but they (she) always worked with us. Pricing is cheap (more than fair), our unit was clean when we arrived, the gates always work, location is safe/monitored and Angie always answers the phone

Well my unit was clean with the little green strip they put on handle to show its had attention my bulb didnt work when pulled chain but hey talking a bulb here no worries I went there about 9 pm grounds seem clean my passkey for gate was working like it said it would my unit was on an end of a run which is nice the only thing that I didnt see fit was the LIGHTING it was completely pitch dark, was told it was lite up but hey lets not knock this maybe lights went out earlier then expected that night or the automatic lite switch on timer malfunction Murphy's Law rite now when I return and its not lit up then we make a call but for now I give a rating so for 8 out 10

I’ve had such a great experience at Storage Rentals of America. Angie has been absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and accommodating. She really goes out of her way to make sure customers are well taken care of and for everything to run smoothly. The facility is clean, easy to access, and I always feel my things are safe here.
