We are moving from out of state and called 2276 Hwy 101 location to reserve 2 units and property manager never answered after many calls, I had family go by 2x and the sign said be back at 12 and no one ever showed up. I got an agent at their 800# who helped me get them secured and rented. Now that we have our gate code I guess we don’t need the property manager.

Neil did a great job coordinating for me to be able to see a unit so I could decide what size was needed. Because he was leaving for vacation. Frank met me at the appointed date and time and made the rental process so easy. The team work from Neil and Frank was commendable. I highly recommend this company.

I was so impressed with renting a storage unit at this location. I’ve utilized other companies in the past, and was blown away by how amazing our experience was here. The property is maintained by professionals, and the customer service was exemplary. My unit was so clean (I mean like hotel-level clean), and there were not any odors at all (at every other unit I’ve ever had, there were always smells in the unit itself, which affects your items). The property is well maintained and is very clean. You don’t see discarded items or trash anywhere. There are also carts available to assist with moving your items in and out (and again in great working order). On top of all this, the property is well secured, and the gate access always worked well. There is also an online portal which made getting the unit and making payments easy. I was so impressed with this company, and it stands out well ahead of any competitors in our area. Fair prices, incredible staff, and a secure and well-kept property for your belongings. You will not regret renting a unit here, and in my opinion, there’s no need to search for another option. This is where you want to rent, trust me. Incredible experience overall!

Today I came in for some boxes to move my mother in law. Neal was very helpful showing me all the box sizes and even helped me carry all 22 out to my car! Highly recommend for all your packing supply needs. Great variety and excellent prices.
