Easy to work with. Very personable. They have the pulse on your storage unit. I like that they know me personally & treat me like they have my best interest at heart. The facility is neat & clean. I have never had any problems. I live out of the country most of the year and I never have to worry about my precious things I have stored. I reserved the storage unit over the phone with the resevation center. The person was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I then went to the facility and experienced the same level of excellence. I think his name was James. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where we were going and had everything we needed. He really made our experience easy and less painful!

Excellent staff! I just wish the rate didn't go up on a fairly regular basis, but the cost of storage units in our area is high across the board. Location is good since we are in a hurricane prone area.
