It was so difficult to find a good quality storage facility for my MIL from out of state. I called several storage centers to ask questions and was fortunate enough to speak to Chris when I called Prime. He was so helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule when we transfered my MILs belongings to her storage unit. I can't say enough good things about this location and their staff, especially Chris.

The facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and Chris goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help beyond what’s expected. Chris, the General Manager was AWESOME. He saw me pull up to the entrance. My code didn’t work because I was a day early but wanted to try it anyways. He was very kind and gave me a temporary code to get it. He then personally walked me to the unit so I could see it. I explained to him I was storing a couch and he said if the unit wasn’t big enough, he’d be happy to help me find another. Turns out, the couch was bigger than expected. Chris helped me out and transferred me to a larger unit while keeping the price within my budget! Couldn’t have had better customer service. Thanks for what you do, Chris!
