Excellent facility and customer service!
I began renting units here in the spring of 2022 due to security issues at a neighboring facility and this place is great! Clean restrooms, water fountains, attentive and friendly manager (Candace) who works hard to keep the place clean, organized, and running smoothly unlike many others I've experienced who are "absentee" management models. I have referred many friends and associates who have all been pleased with the service and facility as a whole. Keep up the good work!

Best facility and service hands down
I rent 3 units here for business. The rates are outstanding and about half the cost of comparable sized storage space in Lexington. The customer service is personable, I am addressed by name when I enter the office, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make my money worth every penny here. I highly recommend Lake Murray Storage and I refer everyone I know, especially business owners, to this facility. The units are highly secure, brand new and huge with electricity, overhead lighting, roll up doors and warehouse sized spaces. Awesome!

Rude Employee
When we walked in, the only employee there spent time on a silly personal phone call before waiting on us. (There were no other customers while we were there.) After a while, she told them she would call them back because she had a customer. It was very hot that day. We were sitting in the two lounge chairs talking in a normal conversational tone while waiting on the product we were paying to store in a climate-controlled unit there. All of a sudden she asked us to wait outside because she had work to do. I asked if we stopped talking (again not loudly) could we stay. She didn't answer at first. She then told us we could wait in the storage area (no chairs). The units are wonderful and clean. We rent 2 climate-controlled units on automatic payments. If I were the owner of such a nice storage facility, I would want to know how my rude employee treated their paying guest. (Perhaps she needed to get back to her silly conversation.)
