Best first time experience with self storage. Their office are open sunday which is a plus. Front desk guy named Earled was very friendly and helpful. I can open the acces door with the app, super convenient. Very good.

Manager Shane at St Peter’s Rd location in Lexington was very helpful. I needed a large storage unit and he assisted in talking it through on the size and use! He explained all of what the facility had to offer and access. Being available to assist with any questions I had and help me set up the app was a plus!
