Very convenient

I ordered my unit with the Express Checkout. Took like 10 minutes with my phone. No problem. Paid, got my info online, and was in the next day. Great staff, location and facility

Tova was our property manager. She was awesome. I've never had more fun renting something. Access was easy. Price was great. Location was perfect: It's right off the interstate and across the street from the Lexington collection center (in case you decide to dump something instead of store it)... nice hotel, great restaurants. Sure you want to move quick, but if you get hungry or tired or have trash, it's literally the perfect location. The air conditioning probably saved us from heat stroke. Best storage experience ever! And again, Tova is awesome!

This storage unit establishment will simply “nickel and dime you to death”, raising your monthly rent, every three or for months. This company is money hungry and very greedy, from my experience of renting from them for 14 years. After their last rate increase, I tried to negotiate with the company, and no one from company management would talk about any negotiated lower monthly rental rate. So the heck with them, I moved out of my rental unit for a better, lower option. 😄

I began using Storage Sense to house some business records and personal items several years ago. The temperature controlled units are very clean and secure. The staff is friendly and ready to help when needed.

My experience there was great. Never had an issue. I loved how the gate opens and when I went into the office she helped me change my code even without me asking, she saw that it was very long and asked if I wanted to change it. The manager in the office is one of the sweetest greatest people and has a great hospitality about her that makes me want to have more reasons to go into the office.
