Very reliable storage facility with great people who stand behind their work. I’m really impressed with how professionally everything was handled and would absolutely recommend them!

TERRIBLE customer service. Useless website interface. I received an error message upon trying to reserve my storage space on the website, Never got a confirmation page or confirmation email, so i assumed the payment didnt go through. Checked my credit card statement a week later to find out I've been charged for a unit I have had no access too. Immediately called customer service and was provided with the pin and storage unit number. I requested a refund or adjustment to payment due date to make up for the week I was unable to access the unit that I had been charged for. I was given the run around for 20 minutes and then manager would email me to resolve the issue. That was a week ago, I never got an email and I feel this was just a tactic to get me off the phone. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A UNIT BUT NOT GIVE ME ACCESS TO IT, THEN REFUSE A REFUND FOR THE TIME IT WAS INACCESSIBLE. Beware of this company.

This place is nice, brand new and many new storages added, and well layed out. Very clean and taken care of, fenced in with live security cameras everywhere.
