Very helpful, answered questions, and anticipated my needs to ensure we got the best value for our spend. When my moving company arrived, she showed up to make sure they had what they needed . . . hassle-free access, carts, restroom. Job well done, Crickett.

I stopped at Public Storage Faison Rd, not expecting much and couldn’t have been more wrong. Prince was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. It seemed to be his personal mission to ensure he answered all my questions and I understood the different pricing, what was available and how the process worked. I can honestly say, he provided high quality client service that used to be…. And he represented Public Storage with pride and confidence as if it were his own company.
