We have had one unit or another here for a few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is secure and we have had no problems at all. Access hours for some of the climate control units is a bit restricted but that adds to the security. I definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

If there's nothing else available, then proceed with caution and use one of their run down units. I have rented 2 separate units. First of all, The couple that manages the business have the attitude that anything above and beyond the absolute minimum is an inconvenience. With that said, my second unit had an issue with the garage door when first took possession of the unit so I took that as it was barely working but good enough for them. I knew one day it would stop working due to this issue with the rolling door. Three months into my tenancy, the door malfunctioned and wouldn't close. I had a significant amount of product worth a considerable amount of money at the time, but when I told them about the issue they made me feel like I was in the wrong for not saying something sooner. I said, since the issue was there from day 1....you knew about it before I did and therefore why should I say anything about it. From that day forward, the attitude progressively got worse until I had enough and moved my goods to another property. I will never consider doing business with them ever again!

This place is convenient and the folks who run it are great. However the units themselves have seen better days.

Super nice people. Hours however are not very conducive to a typical work week. Was unable to get into the temp controlled units on Sunday's.
