I had the best experience getting my storage set up. I have a hurt leg, pending surgery, and Gordon was amazing. He came out to the vehicle, I provided my ID, and he explained everything to me regarding cost. Afterwords he took me and my friend around to the entrance. He showed my friend where my unit is given my hurt leg. When we came back with the furniture I didn’t have my account fully set up to get a code to access the door so he assisted with that. Great customer service was provided and I thanked him personally, and now publicly!! Highly recommend, and this is a new building so everything is very nice.

Excellent! I booked online, received a call from the manager to confirm questions. Upon arrival I went to the office and the Associate Spencer greeted me with a smile, showed me around and helped me change to a better unit closer to the door. Even a followup text. Excellent customer service!!

Extremely friendly secretary or whatever her job is that answered my phone call on a Sunday. I didn't expect anyone to answer but she did and hooked me up right away with a unit. I was able to get in immediately after the phone call! Very happy with the space and the employees so far. Highly recommend!
