First time visiting my new outside camper site I've been assigned. I see a large expansive area for ease of maneuvering my camper into the assigned parking area. A flat, level site for ease of loading and unloading the camper. Last, but not least, state of the art electronics for gate opening/closing, high security fence with lighting and camera's overlooking the entire area. 😃

Absolute ripoff. Had a unit for 2 years and went through the usual rent increase of 20.00 a couple times. Then just recently went up 56.00. Also during my time there someone tried to cut my lock. Thank God they couldn't. But sparebox said that's not their problem and cameras only see the gate so . Rent at your own risk. My only advice would be use ot only temporarily. 1 or 2 months that's it. They're not worth it
