Your Storage Units - North Augusta

The customer service was excellent. The facility is clean and well monitored. Although my room is on the 2nd floor it is near an elevator and they supply a cart to move your items. I am very pleased.

I have been trying to find a decent storage unit for a while. I am having my house built over here in N. Augusta in a local neighborhood. After spending two and a half days searching, I was told about this wonderful place that was very close to my new home. I was actually excited that I was put in such a nice, professional business. However, that was until I went into the actual business. I was unsure of how big of a unit I needed and I will admit I was just a little frustrated due to the time frame I was under. Yet I am positive that I wasn't in such a bad mood or even rude to any of the employees in the store. I guess I was wrong considering the management was one of the rudest ladies I had come across during my search for a rental unit. From what I had gathered during the one-sided conversation I had learned about family issues along with new family issues including one of the employees' daughters causing issues. However, upon learning of the issues and the way I was treated and talked to I took my business elsewhere. I would like to invite everyone to check out the units right past them. Actually, any other units would work. I don't ever leave rating much less one that is negative. I fully understand we have family issues and even have bad days. But when you tend to take it out on or even mention things to your potentional customers.
