I’ve rented a storage unit from this facility in years past when it was owned by the previous company and I haven’t worked with this new company until now. Let me tell you. Their new website is amazing. You can search and rent a unit straight from the website and they email you everything immediately after payment. You get a separate email with a personal gate or door code to access the area where your locker will be. You never even have to step foot inside the office. I went inside anyways just to introduce myself and the staff were truly amazing. Amanda was working the front desk and she couldn’t have been any more of a pleasure to speak with. She gave me an ice cold water to take with me down to my unit considering how hot it is today. She buzzed me in through the main gate so I didn’t even have to use my code. She was very thoughtful and very kind. I’ve used other storage facilities in Rock Hill in the past and none of them have compared to this place. I HIGHLY recommend River Rock Storage! Thank you for making this such an easy process!

Amanda was awesome and very friendly! She was thorough in showing us the facility today! Took her time and answer all our questions. Very accommodating and can’t wait to see Marley again! I would definitely recommend this place!

Amanda goes above and beyond to take care of the units, keeps up with all your paperwork and always is available to speak with on-site ( usually) or by phone. She's friendly and organized and extremely professional. She makes it easy to rent there and she keeps everything secure!
