We used the unit to store things while we were having renovations done at our house. Loren was super friendly and helpful. The unit was clean. The only thing that I would suggest is to add a handrail at the steps at the back loading dock.

We have had two units here since my parents lost their home in a hurricane. The facility is clean, well-lit, secure but easy to access, and climate-controlled, and the large units are accessible from two sides. Loren has been helpful and accommodating from the beginning, going above and beyond every time. We needed the units quickly and he helped us set up an account and get access over a weekend, and later when we needed a second unit he made that seamless as well. Every time I've had a question or needed to shift units he has responded within minutes. Couldn't be happier with our experience here.
