First, I want to state that I acknowledge the growing pains due to the change in management at this location. I had a great experience with Ari at this location--very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. However, since this site changed hands from Extra Space, I had mostly negative experiences. I felt there was not clarity about who to speak with regarding my questions and concerns. I had some difficulty with getting answers that were congruent between district managers, sales staff and site managers.

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage on E. Main Street. Laurie was incredibly thorough, accommodating, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. She made setting up a unit for someone else completely seamless, even while I was handling everything remotely. She ensured all the details were taken care of so the other person could access the unit easily and without any hassle. The facility itself is spotless and even smells clean, which gave me immediate peace of mind. The safety features are impressive as well, offering an added layer of comfort knowing the unit is well-protected. Overall, exceptional service and an excellent facility—I highly recommend this location!

After moving from a larger home to a smaller home, we found we really didn't have as much storage space as we needed. Reserved a unit at SmartStop Self Storage and went to check it out in person the same day. I was greeted by Cheryl who was great to work with. Cheryl was professional and thorough and friendly. The unit was what I was looking for and Cheryl made going thru the paperwork a breeze.
