Met a great lady at public storage today. We were out house hunting, doing a lot of drive buys and We knew we would need some storage until we found a new home here in chatternooga. I think ladies name was Karen ( her personality did not fit her name). She was out front cleaning up the property when we pulled up, she gave us a lot of information on different sizes and the benefits of this facility. We were impressed with the security features and the climate control so our furniture and property would be safe and secure. We really hope we find a house as easily as we found storage.

I had a pleasant experience here at public storage Colton, Stacy the beautiful young lady that helped me was very nice to me. Very polite not like the other two storage places in the area i went to first that acted like they dont have time for me. She seemed happy to help me see some units, and answered all my questions . I was relieved to meet Stacy and finally have a professional help me .was a long day for me. Thanks again for your help see you soon Happy new year.

This company raises the storage unit cost repeatedly. I've stayed with them for a year mainly because I didn't want to have to move my stuff. But I just got another email saying they're raising my bill another 30.00 bucks monthly and this isn't the first time. When I started with them, they were 143.00 monthly. Now a little over a year later, I'm paying 244.00 monthly. I'll move my crap and I'll never use them again. Another 50 bucks and they'll have doubled my bill. This place is awful. Awful customer service, they're never there to ask questions. I've been locked out because the access code didn't work on 2 different occasions with no one there to talk to, so you have to call and wait to be called back. So if you do use this place, remember it'll be on their terms whatever they want to make them, it's in the fine print, they can change the rates any given time they please. Oh and a friend of mine had a unit beside mine until it was needed, somehow they put it under my name and for the longest they would call me about theirs and they would call them about mine. Even after repeatedly being told they had the wrong unit # assigned. This has to be the worst storage company I've ever used.
