BB JonesFrom the first contact with Patrick, on site manager, he began addressing my needs within my budget. Having given more thought to my needs he arranged me another unit prior to my moving in, which gave me better access. Throughout my year stay Patrick and I became friends and talked mostly about trucks and motorcycles. Upon giving my notice to vacate, I was introduce to another SROA property manager, Jamie, whom I can tell is being well groomed by Patrick. Michelle T.I have used other storage rental companies around the Chattanooga area previously, but this location is far superior. The others do not have Patrick managing their facility and that is likely the real difference. He is always polite and his customer service is top notch.
